Our Mission

Desert Snow Connection focuses on providing Phoenix an economic, fun, and safe means of transportation to ski resorts across the southwest, while protecting our environment in the process by keeping cars off the road.

The Team

Jose Aguilera - Founder & CEO

Jose has lived in AZ for the majority of his life, defecting to Tahoe for close to a year in 2005. He has worked in the hospitality industry since 1998, working for Best Western Hotels, Kirkwood Mountain Resort, and Oakwood Temporary Housing. He credits his passion for snow and his friends’ “tight” wallets for the creation of Desert Snow Connection.

Tim Luna - Vice President

Tim has lived in Arizona all 23 years of his life. He attended Arizona State University and has recently found his place in the real estate industry. His love for snow was discovered 5 years ago, the first time he ever rode. He only began to travel out of state on winter trips a few years ago, since then he has been hooked. 

Ronnie Hicks

Ronnie has spent the majority of his life in Arizona, but has proudly served our country in the Air Force allowing him to travel abroad. He spent several years in Japan, where his love for snowboarding originated. His first experience on a snowboard was following the '98 Winter Olympics in Nagano.
